The proposed development will be comprised of 29 Townhouses, three 8-storey Towers, one 24-storey Tower, one 46-storey tower and one 38-storey tower on top of a shared podium and one 22-storey Tower. The total development will include 5,031.8 m2 retail area, 13,090.5 m2 of office area as well as 1,789 residential units.
